Graduation Frequently Asked Questions

Each senior who has been cleared for graduation by their school counselor, and completed the Class of 2025 Student Survey will receive 4 complimentary tickets. Additional tickets are available for purchase at $20 per ticket. Tickets are required for admission to T-Mobile Park.

Children aged three years and under do not require a ticket if they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult. 

Online: May 15 - June 3   

• Students and families can pick up the tickets they purchased online at the bookkeepers window from June 4 thru June 11

In person: June 4 - June 11 at the ASB Bookkeepers office during school hours.

• Also available at T-Mobile Park one hour prior to the ceremony (CASH ONLY). 

Students can pick up their tickets on from their counselor after they have been cleared for graduation. 

The graduation ceremony will last approximately 1 ½ hours.

Yes. Students will learn more at graduation rehearsal.

No. Students must arrange their own transportation after the ceremony. Most students travel with family members or carpool with friends.

Doors will open to guests one hour prior to start of ceremony. As with any event at T-Mobile Park, guests will need to adhere to security, gate and bag policy for entry. Please plan accordingly.

Guests and graduates will exit through different gates; students through Right Field Gate, and guests through Home Plate Gate. Re-entry is not allowed. With this in mind, we would like to encourage you to photograph your graduates, friends and family prior to graduation or after the ceremony at the Parking Plaza.

Grad Images will take individual photos of graduates receiving diplomas, available for purchase online through their website.

Seniors will receive diploma covers during the graduation ceremony. Actual diplomas may by picked up in the counseling office on: 

• Friday, June 13 from 7:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. 
• Monday, June 16 – Wednesday, June 18 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 
• Friday, June 20 from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

Diplomas can only be picked up by the student or parent/guardian listed in Skyward (with a valid ID). If you are unable to attend the scheduled distribution date, you can stop by the Counseling Office when summer hours resume in August. 

Running Start students who need Spring Quarter grades to meet graduation requirements will be unable to pick up their diploma until office hours resume in August.

Diplomas cannot be mailed or picked up by a sibling.
