Tips for Official Transcripts:
Official transcripts will be sent directly to the admissions office or location of your choice. You are eligible to receive (5) Official Transcripts at no charge. There will be a $5.25 fee for each additional transcript.

TIP: Want to see if your transcript order has been completed? Log in to Parchment and click on the "ORDERS" menu at the top of the screen.

2nd TIP: If applying to colleges via Common App - you only need to order ONE transcript directly to Common App. Chat with your counselor if you have questions.

When requesting mid-year grades (that include Semester 1 of Senior Year), you must mark "HOLD FOR GRADES" during the ordering process in Parchment. Seniors can order a final transcript to their college or destination of choice before graduation by selecting 'Hold for Grades'. Transcripts will be released once final grades are posted, and not before.

It is your responsibility to confirm with your college that all documents, including your transcript, have been received. IHS staff are not responsible for confirming that your college has received necessary documents. We strongly encourage all students to double check that all documents have been received prior to any application deadlines.
