Liberty High’s DECA Chapter Celebrates Global Success in Florida

Students smile together

From April 25 to May 1, 33 DECA members from Liberty High School traveled to Orlando, Florida, to compete in the International Career Development Conference (ICDC). The competition showcased the talents of students from across the globe, and Liberty’s DECA chapter had an outstanding showing—seven students were named finalists, and two earned top ten honors in their events! Congratulations to Shivali Doshi, who placed 4th, and Shreyas Kolwalker, who placed 5th, in their events!

Beyond the competition, students had the opportunity to network with peers from around the world and attend exciting DECA-sponsored events at iconic locations like Disney World and Universal Studios.

Liberty High School’s DECA chapter is proud of this year’s achievements and looks forward to building on this success in the upcoming competition year!
