Dinner and a Show!

Back by popular demand, Liberty culinary students collaborate on a pop up dinner theater experience for patrons of the Liberty Drama department's production of Hello Dolly. For the third year in a row students crafted a 5 course dinner menu complete with drink options, all themed to the show. Students gained practical experience working all functions of food service by cooking, plating, serving, making drinks and wrapping up service with a clean kitchen.
