Flex Time is a period of time within the school day that allows us to deliver social emotional Learning, take care of school business like survey’s and assemblies, and allows students to receive additional help or instruction from their teachers.

At Liberty, Flex Time will be divided into two different types of days: Patriot Advisory Time (PAT) and Flex days.

Flex time happens after 1^st period (9:25–10:05 a.m.) on Tuesdays, and at the end of the school day (3:00–3:45) on Wednesdays.

All students and teachers will log in to an application called Student Support Time. This platform will allow teachers to schedule students to attend during a Flex period, and will allow students to be able to request extra help during a Flex period.

Students will be trained to use Student Support Time during a Patriot Advisory Time (PAT) day in September, a week or two prior to our first Flex day. Student Support Time is accessed through Class Link

No. Students will not receive a grade nor will they earn credit for Flex Time. It is a social emotional and instructional support not an academic course.

Yes, all students are expected to attend Flex Time. Attendance will be taken and tracked each period.

Students may not leave campus during Flex Time without permission or being excused via the attendance office.
