Exciting New Lunch Options Coming This Winter and Spring

The Food Service Department is introducing new lunch entrees with a focus on cultural inclusivity. Starting this winter at our middle schools and high schools, menus will feature one of three new “Global Flavors” dishes each month for the rest of the school year.

The three new dishes are:

  • Thai Yellow Curry, with your choice of chicken or chickpeas
  • Indian Dal (meatless entrée)
  • Japanese Gyoza Soup (includes chicken and vegetables)

The first dish, Thai Yellow Curry, will be served on January 27. We hope you will enjoy trying these delicious new flavors!
