Class of 2025 – Diploma Pick-Up & End of Year Reminders
Congratulations Class of 2025!
**Please read the following information below – these are IMPORTANT and it is critical you are aware of these things as your time at Liberty ends**
Diploma Pick-Up
Your diploma will be available for pick up on the following dates –
Graduates and parent/guardian ONLY may pick up diplomas in the counseling office:
- June 20th, 8:00am – 2:00pm
- OR Beginning Monday, August 5th during posted office hours.
**Running Start students who need Spring Quarter grades to meet graduation requirements will be unable to pick up their diploma until August**
KEEP YOUR DIPLOMA IN A SAFE PLACE. YOUR DIPLOMA IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND DOCUMENT AND CANNOT BE REPLACED OR REPRODUCED. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR DIPLOMA, IT IS SHREDDED AFTER FOUR YEARS.
Skyward – Family and Student Access
As you prepare to leave Liberty, there are a few things that you may want to retain for your records. Once we change your status to “graduated” and officially “withdraw” you as a student, you and your parent/guardian will no longer be able to access your account in Skyward through Family/Student Access. IF you want copies of any student records within Family Access, please make sure you print them by SUNDAY, JULY 6th.
Microsoft Office 365
Make sure you save anything you have in your Microsoft Office 365 account that you may need (i.e. resume, cover letters, etc.) Once you are graduated in the system, you will no longer have access to your student email and Microsoft account – everything is deleted and cannot be recovered.
Final Transcripts
ALL Seniors needing a final transcript sent will need to complete a request through Parchment. This includes 4 or 2-year colleges, NCAA, military branch, yourself or any other destination. Orders must be placed no later than MONDAY, JULY 7th.
When placing your order, make sure you select “Hold for Grades” under the “when do you want this sent?” menu. Failure to do so could result in the current first semester only transcript being sent instead of the final transcript that will include your semester 2 grades.
**IMPORTANT** - failure to send a final transcript to your college can have significant impact. While you may be able to register for Fall classes, your Winter quarter registration could be stalled if your final high school transcript was never received.
Common Application: if you are attending a school that uses the Common App, you MUST select “The Common Application” as the destination for your final transcript. If you do not complete this step, your Common App will not be submitted to your college or university.
NCAA: student athletes that have registered with NCAA Clearinghouse will also need to order a final transcript for the NCAA through Parchment. Please don’t miss this requirement. We also recommend logging into your clearinghouse account to track when NCAA receives it and to ensure all your other information has been received by then so you are eligible to practice when you arrive on campus
NOTE: If you transferred and have earned credit from a previous high school, NCAA does require a transcript be sent from the institution where it was earned to meet NCAA requirements.
Transcript requests made in July will be processed through the District Office until counseling support staff return in August. If you have any questions, please contact lhsstudentinfo@issaquah.wednet.edu
